CDS is committed to the delivery
of high quality cardiovascular care using the full range of clinical,
noninvasive, and interventional services available. Care is based upon
recognized clinical parameters, and guided by ongoing quality assurance
review. We provide the best possible service to all patients, referring
physicians, employers, managed care companies and other parties.
CDS opened in 1980 to serve patients in
metro Atlanta. Now we have grown to serve patients in communities throughout
Georgia. Our physicians, nurses, technologists and physician assistants
are highly trained in nuclear cardiology, echocardiography, electrocardiography
and other specialized procedures.
At CDS we acknowledge the relationship between
a healthy lifestyle and a healthy heart. CDS is committed to wellness
and disease prevention accomplished through personalized screenings and
patient-tailored risk reduction programs. We also have a cardiac research center, staffed by specialized nurses, which provides access to new developing drugs, products, and procedures.
